Peter Jackson has posted the first video blog from the set of the Hobbit today via Facebook, which gives you a first look back inside the world of Middle Earth and highlights all of the preparation that goes into making a movie of this scale.
Expect a lot more where this came from—like 2 or 3 years worth. It should prove invaluable in keeping our interests piqued over such a long period of time.
