If you were wondering how one of those Garbage Pail Kids graphics we are giving away would actually look on your wall or laptop, I have put together a gallery that might help clear things up. More specifically, I peeled and stuck the 4-foot Atom Bomb graphic in increasingly random and inappropriate spots in my home, and, in some cases, juxtaposed it with what is traditionally considered to be “fine art.” In the end, you just might find that art featuring humorously-named, comically mutated children is just as valid.
Conclusion:
I haven’t kept up with Garbage Pail Kids in recent years, but if you are a fan of the classics (and who isn’t), you will undoubtedly be pleased with the quality of the prints from LTL. I’m pretty confident you could stick and re-stick the image on your wall somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 times as LTL suggests, but I wouldn’t go slapping these things up all willy-nilly. If the graphic sticks to itself, you are going to have a hell of a time pulling it apart again. With a 4-foot graphic it was bad enough—a 7-foot version might be downright impossible without having a second pair of hands. The laptop versions proved to be no problem however, and with 77 designs and counting, you have plenty of options to spice up ugly old laptops like mine.
If you haven’t already, make sure to enter our GPK contest. You can actually win the graphics pictured here. If you are looking for a different design, check out LTL’s complete lineup.
