If you watch My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic carefully, you can see a character prancing around in the background with an hour glass cutie mark. He also has spikey, David Tennant-esque hair. He’s become known as Dr. Whooves, and fans love him – so much so that Funko is releasing a toy featuring the pony.
