Well as for specs they seem pretty good. They are made by Zound Industries, which they already sell these exactly same headphones without graphics for $60, so for $40 you get the same headphones with some Marvel geekdom thrown in. (Specs are descent especially for $40. 20hz-20khz, 115db, and have 40mm driver drivers)
