Meizu Mini Player

Sooner or later, someone is going to come out with a device that will give Apple’s iPod a run for it’s money - and Meizu seems to be giving it’s best shot with the Mini Player.

According to Engadget, the Mini Player packs a 2.4 QVGA screen in a form factor smaller than a 5GB iPod. It also supports video and playback with about 20 hours of battery life (music only).

Sizes range from 512MB to 4GB with prices ranging from $87 to $200 respectively. Needless to say, that would be a tremendous bargain when compared to the iPod. Just don’t expect to see this thing in the States anytime soon.
