The Sirius InV receiver is a planned but unannounced receiver for satellite radio. This is probably just what Sirius needs, a low cost ($49) device to let people receive their programming. Unfortunately the monthly fee for Sirius service still applies.
This is a basic unit giving you 3 lines of text information, 10 presets and an FM tuner. I guess the draw for satellite radio is the channels available, not necessarily the clarity. Otherwise how would you explain using a FM transmitter to listen to it? We all know they are a lousy way to transmit the music.
