Unbelievably enough, anyone with an IPod can download free podcasts of Harvard University Extension School’s Computer Science E-1 course, Understanding Computers and the Internet.
According to TUAW, the course is introductory but “it’s a promising model. The lecturer, David Malan, is entertaining, and the content is easy to digest. Supporting materials, including exam questions and answers, are available to all at the course site.”
Other schools like Stanfrord and Princeton, are also offering ivy league lectures via podcasts. In addition,MIT offers a vast array of online resources via their “OpenCourseWare” website.

I have never been a big fan of podcasting - but this will go a long way in changing my mind. Hopefully other universities will follow suit.
