Unfortunately, Grandpa won’t be able to take a hit off of this giant tank—it’s only for show. But as a unique lamp it certainly will strike up a conversation or two. Additional images are available after the break.

Sorry to sound so practical about an obviously lovely lamp BUT oxy tanks are notoriously unstable. The only way to guarantee that they do NOT fall over and kill the dog or one of your kids is to chain them against a solid wall. The base supplied with this tank (unless the whole affair is welded to the floor) is extremely undersized.
Of course you may hate the dog anyway so this would not be a problem…
It’s the wrong color, O2 tanks are green. They don’t have “OXYGEN” printed down the side in big friendly letters either.
Also, the regulator looks hot-glued onto the pipe in a completely non-functional way. It could have been attached convincingly if they had drilled out the valve for the wires to pass through.
It is the size of a person. That is huge. It should be filled with oxygen as well. That way it has two purposes.
