The master of zombie horror, George A. Romero, is back with a new flick Survival of the Dead—and he has teamed up with developer Additive Interactive to create an App of the Dead for the iPhone and iPod touch that allows you to zombify pictures of you or your friends by adding wounds and deformities. Pictures can then be saved, emailed, or uploaded to Facebook.
But that’s not even the best part.
No, the best part is that the App of the Dead is that it will also allow you to shoot at your creations in first-person view—complete will blood splatter effects.
No word on price or availability just yet, but it should be coming soon since the film it’s promoting will be released on May 28th.
