The HP IQ770 might just be the first mass market touchscreen PC on the planet. That, combined with it’s obvious compatibility with VIsta’s tablet functionality, just might be the reason why Bill Gates could introduce this thing personally.
Features:
- 19-inch touchscreen
- AMD Turion 64 X2 dual core TL-52 processor
- 2GB SDRAM
- 320GB drive
- NVIDIA GeForce Go 7600
- WiFi / Bluetooth
- 1.3 megapixel camera
- FM and ATSC HDTV tuners
- DVD±RW / DVD-RAM burner with LightScribe
- Pocket Media Drive bay
- Wireless keyboard / mouse / stylus / front media reader
- Ports: Ethernet, two FireWire, six USB 2.0, one with HP printer power Y-cable connector, 5.1 + digital audio out, IR out, mini-VGA, and inputs: FM coax, TV coax, ATSC, and two S-Video
- HP SmartCalendar
- Photosmart Touch
That. my friends, is a buttload of features - which is why you can expect to pay $1799-$1899 for this thing when it’s released in a few months. Unfortunately, I have been programmed not to trust HP computers so impressing me will definitely be an uphill battle.
More pictures from Engadget after the break.

I like how this machine looks. Will it be available in Russia?
It does look pretty cool. Not sure about availability just yet though. When it is finally released we should know more.
