A “Wikipedia CD” featuring 2500 hand-picked educational articles is now available free of charge on BitTorrent.com

The CD, spearheaded by volunteers from SOS Children, focuses on topics like Geography, Science, Dinosaurs, and Plants / Animals. All of these articles are from the English language portal and have been checked for appropriateness. However, as Torrentfreak points out, the articles have not been cross checked by people who visit Wikipedia.
