A ten-year-old boy named Patrick in Prince Albert, Canada, loves Super Mario Bros. He has terminal brain cancer, and he made a wish to play a life-sized version of the game. To grant the wish, Children’s Wish Foundation of Saskatchewan pulled together over 50 volunteers and put together the production in a week. They set up the Super Mario Bros. game in a theater, and Patrick essentially played the game by giving the actors instructions. It’s incredible.
