Instructables user spookylean shows us how to make a Batarang similar to the one seen in Batman: Arkham Asylum. Of course, it takes quite a bit of work to complete and, in the end, the only danger it poses involves cuts from shattered bits of plexiglass should you ever succumb to the urge to throw it. Still, it looks pretty awesome.
