Cooking Mama: Cook Off is a cooking sim for the Wii that allows gamers to create over 250 foods and 55 real-world dishes from 10 different countries: Japan, America, France, India, Russia, England, China, Spain, Germany and Italy. There is even a two-player challenge mode that lets players engage in a culinary showdown a la Iron Chef.
I find it highly amusing that the Wii has the power to make a game about mundane tasks fun enough to be worth shelling out $50 for. What’s next? “Housewife: Vaccum Throwdown?” How about “College Student: Laundry Day!”
Cooking Mama: Cook Off will be hitting store shelves this April.
