Sometimes you just do something because no one else has. Dano2k0 has posted pictures and specs for a complete water cooling solution on Xbox-Scene that is completely self-contained inside the Xbox case. He has also added some passive cooling to other chips on the motherboard as well.

The water cooling is done with a Zern GPU block for the CPU, a Koolance GPU-180-H06 block for the GPU, a 12V thermaltake pump, a mini reservoir and a fill tube gut into the custom plexiglass window. The radiator grill and fans for it are mounted to the plexiglass as well. Pretty neat job to get all that inside, in addition to some lighting and a custom paint job.
