Nintendo’s marketing guru, Reggie Fils-Aime, recently told Spike T.V.’s Geoff Knightly that the highly anticipated release of ‘Zelda: Twighlight Princess’ would be delayed until Fall of 2006.

That would make it a full year after the original release date.

Fils-Aime also noted that there are no plans to release the game as a Revolution title despite the fact that the Gamecube is on its last legs.

However, as mentioned in an earlier Nerd Approved article, the game will be compatable with the Revolution controller. Still, Nintendo would have been smart to line up a Revolution version of Zelda for the console launch window.
