Can Your Computer Run Vista?

Windows VistaMicrosoft has released the official miniumum specifications to run Windows Vista based on two categories - “Vista Capable” machines and “Premium Ready” machines.

Vista Capable machines wil run the OS, but with diminished graphics features. The minimum specs under this category are:

Essentially, the spec requirements on Vista are pretty weak so it shouldn’t be much of a hassle for most users. However, if you want to have a smoother experience on Vista, I would suggest upgrading beyond these specs.
