The last of my Thanksgiving posts, this one can save you time and may be safer than the traditional turkey fryer. This fryer holds up to a 14 lb turkey and should cook it in about 30 minutes. Just enter the birds weight and the fryer handles the time and temperature required with it’s immersion style element.
The fryer’s total capacity is 28 quarts. The unit is stainless steel with a non stick bailing basket. Available for right around $150 from many different sources, I found it on Amazon.
