GoogleIf you are looking for a simple solution to developing web pages online, check out the new Google Page Creator.

According to the Page Creator homepage - “Google Page Creator is a free online tool that makes it easy for anyone to create and publish useful, attractive web pages in just minutes.” No technical knowledge is required, you can edit your pages right in the browser, and you don’t have to worry about hosting because your pages will live on the site http://www.yourgmailusername.googlepages.com (100MB Max).
