Just because you are out camping or hiking for days on end doesn’t mean that you have to contaminate the pristine wilderness with your horrid stench. Pick up a fully portable Super Solar Shower, and you can freshen up anywhere there is sunlight.
Just fill the vinyl bag with water and place it in the sun to heat up. Then all you have to do is hang it from a branch and use the flow control nozzle and shower head to clean up. The Super Solar Shower has a 20 liter capacity, which should be enough water to get the job done - unless you are especially disgusting.
