Microsoft’s “Invasion of Robots” Contest

In conjunction with the release of the Windows Live Messenger beta, Microsoft is launching a new contest called “Invasion of Robots.”

Here’s the deal - Microsoft is challenging developers to create conversational robots (BOTs) for MSN Messenger and Windows Live Messenger. The best of the bunch can collect over $40,000 in prizes (Grand Prize: A $10,000 Alienware MJ-12 7550 Workstation).

The contest ends on September 15th so if you are interested in competing you had better download the SDK and get crackin’.
