A Closer Look At The $55,000 Street Legal Tron Light Cycle

Back in June we first heard about Parker Brothers Choppers and their quest to build and sell street legal Tron Light Cycle replicas.

Well, in these last five months it appears as though the output has been increased from 5 bikes to 10 and the price has made an extreme leap from $35,000 to $55,000.

Nonetheless, we now have a better idea of what a potential customer might be getting themselves into thanks to pics and the demo video after the break.

The bike sports a steel frame, fiberglass bodywork and a V-twin engine from a Suzuki TLR1000. Customers can also choose between actual gauges or an iPad dock that displays vital statistics.

If you think you might be interested in picking one up, good news—there are still four up for grabs.

The model they show in the video can’t be street legal. There aren’t any signal lights, brake lights, or headlights unless they are so cleverly disguised that I can’t see them.

dunno. looks as if you hit too much of a lean on it the rims will pop you off the ground.

looks too long – maybe you need taller ppl riding it.
