Just because they are known as the fairer sex doesn’t mean they wouldn’t like to release some of their pent up anger. Put on the Tough Chick labeled gloves, hang the bag over a door frame and place the picture of the man who is currently driving you crazy on the bag. Release aggression and get a workout at the same time.
