If you’re anything like me, much of the golfing experience is spent hunting through the woods looking for lost balls. Now, thanks to RadarGolf, you don’t have to shell out big bucks for new golf balls just because you suck.

The RadarGolf system ($250) features a handheld tracking device and a dozen golf balls with embedded microchips. Basically, when you lose a ball, the handheld picks up on the signal from the microchip and leads the user towards it’s location.

According to the RadarGolf website, the signature golf balls conform to USGA standards for size, weight, distance, initial velocity, and symmetry. Unfortunately they are not tour legal so you’ll have to do all of your cheating on the amateur level. An extra dozen will set you back $40.
