It’s a donut. It’s a small pouch. It has clear plastic over the hole on the top and bottom, so you can see what is inside.
I assume it is meant for the ladies, but if you are a male and secure in your manhood, go for it. Maybe lose the sprinkles and make yourself a more masculine chocolate covered donut.
