The “SuperBus” is a 30 passenger electric powered transport vehicle that can top out at 155 mph. The vehicle was designed by Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands and they plan to have a working model ready to go for the transportation needs of Beijing tourists during the Olympics in 2008.
Aside from it’s sleek design, the SuperBus has other unique features – including individual entrance / exit doors for each passenger and the ability to text message the vehicle for a pickup.
If something like this were available in the States, I just might change my mind about public transportation.
