YouTube To Share Revenue With Users

You TubeChad Hurley, the co-founder of YouTube has revealed that the a plan to share site revenue with users is currently in the works.

We are getting an audience large enough where we have an opportunity to support creativity, to foster creativity through sharing revenue with our users,” Hurley said at the World Economic Forum. “So in the coming months, we are going to be opening that up.”

Beyond that, no details have been announced. However, getting a piece of those YouTube revenues for that dumbass video you uploaded would be pretty sweet.
