This Alien Queen ice sculpture made by Koji Kareki & Kei Sakugawa is currently an entry in the Winterlude 2013 Ice Sculpture contest in Ottawa, Canada. It’s just one of the amazing entries in the contest and you can cast a vote for it to win, but I say just give them the prize now before the thing manages to come to life and kill everyone.
