Father And Son Make $160k A Year Recycling Junk Into Giant Transformers

Transformers is huge in China, and Farmer Yu Zhilin of Hengyang and his son saw a big business opportunity there. In their spare time, they started using spare parts to build giant robots from the movie. With a background in fine arts and some help from the Internet, the duo has created tons of giant bots that bring in over $160,000 every year.

Their first build took nearly three years to complete, but father and son have fined-tuned their craft and have started cranking out impressive large scale replicas. Since their part time hobby went viral, they’ve been selling regularly to collectors. Pretty soon, I’m sure their hobby will replace farming.
