Despite lacking THC (the “active” ingredient in marijuana), a number of states have attempted to ban the sale of hemp-based foodstuffs over the years. Still, the industry has continued to thrive under the umbrella of words like “organic” and “health.” A surprising number of products are available for purchase, and each one is funnier than the next. A few more of my favorites are available after the break.

hempmilk

Hempmilk: A “Delicious and nutty tasting” drink that provides “essential and balanced nutrition for the whole family.” Product Page ($3.99)

stoner_pops

Stoner Pops: “Herb flavor” indeed. Product Page (12 for $9.95 or 80 for $47.20)

baby_bears

Sweet and Sour Hemp Baby Bears: Just like gummy bears —only different. Product Page ($2.99 for one 4 oz, bag / $99 for 50 bags)

Hemp Brownies (top image): I think they are missing the point. Product Page ($3.56)
