Good Luck David,

You now own an unproven system recently developed. The Hotdog System has advanced many times since it's introduction in 1980. Good Luck with the F2 System from Ray Allen. Funny thing, Ray Allen sold and represented the Hotdog System for over 10 years. If you visit the web site on Hotdog you can read the news about how many dogs have been saved by Hotdog. Your comments are yours and very uninformed. I would not use an unproven F 2 to monitor my dog. Again good luck and hope you system keeps working.....

The Hotdog was a great product about 10 years ago but unfortunately technology has passed Criminalistics Inc by as if they were sleeping for 10 years. There has been no significant changes to this product in over 10 years and its still as bulky and ugly as ever. Inside the unit looks as if it was a 5th graders science project, the Hotdog is hand-made which makes the performance inconsistent and some of the solderings are amateurish at best. It certainly does not worth $366. I got me an F2 K9 Heat Alert from Ray Allen instead.
