Police Badge Bag

Is this a bag to use at a costume party, or just one that can be secured to yourself with handcuffs? I personally much prefer the security answer. Just don’t get the keys for the bag mixed up with all your other handcuff keys, it could make for an uncomfortable permanent attachment.
