No Classic Doctors For Who’s 50th Says 6th Doctor [Video]

We all wanted it to somehow happen, but according to a recent interview with 6th Doctor Colin Baker, there will be no appearances by the classic Doctors for Doctor Who’s 50th Anniversary. He notes:

“No. As far I know, neither of any of my erstwhile colleagues have been asked either.

And on the subject of the long rumored Doctor Who movie?

I think they would be scraping the bottom of the barrel if they asked me to do it. All you have to do is hold up a picture of what I look right now and what I looked like then and you’d know why.”

I think fans would forgive the aging Doctors just to see them all together, but it doesn’t seem like Baker is too excited about the idea anyway (though he did mention that its possible he could be persuaded for a cameo). It’s a shame, because Fifth Doctor Peter Davison’s appearance in the short Time Crash filmed for Children in Need was fantastic.

Watch Time Crash after the break and wonder about what could have been…
