Bluetooth Mighty Mouse

Today Apple released the Bluetooth wireless version of the original Mighty Mouse for all of those people who are torn between their desire for a scroll wheel / multi-button functionality and their desire to remain Apple purists.

What’s new:

  • Bluetooth wireless connectivity up to 30ft
  • Laser tracking engine
  • Can be operated on one or two AA batteries (for those times when two AA batteries are just to heavy to carry.)

Price: $69 from Apple Store

Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate Apple’s effort to add multi-button functionality and wireless connectivity to a mouse – but I wouldn’t be caught dead with this thing. If you are in the least bit concerned with ergonomics or ease of use – the Mighty Mouse is definitely a pass.
