These accessories coming soon from Belkin are meant to be used with desks that have those holes cut into them. They have two styles of USB hubs and an iPod dock. One USB hub sits flush, the other is angled upward for easy access. The iPod dock will charge your iPod, sync it with iTunes and also has a stereo out jack so you can listen to some music while you work. All very useful. Most are for 3″ holes, though there is a USB hub for a 2″ hole as well. $39.99 for your choice.
If you like the devices but don’t have the holes in your desk, that can be solved with a drill. They are quick to point out that will require a separate purchase of a 3″ hole saw, though not from Belkin.
