You may think that the Life Alert necklace would be good enough protection for the elderly. It allows them to summon help if they become incapacitated. It seems, however, that just the act of some of them getting up is cause for alarm. That is where the Early Warning Fall Alert comes in. As soon as it senses that they have gotten out of their chair or bed it sounds an alarm. It may be a good idea but it seems just a little too close to keeping someone imprisoned for my tastes.
