The iPad has already been converted into a bookend thanks to this concept “iBookend”, which is basically a base that holds your iPad upright and prevents your newly obsolete paper books from base jumping off your shelves. Apparently the key to financial success is creating products that are accessories to a fad, then adding an “i” to the title.

skunk-bookend-1

Typically, a skunk with his tail and rear end raised would be a warning sign. And one that you would be wise to heed if you don’t want to be taking a tomato juice bath. In the case of these bookends, it just gives them a little more leverage to hold your books up. Probably the one and only time you want to see a skunk’s ass held high in the air.

Use these bookends and proclaim your love for books with an exclamation point. And it is able to do it in half the space you would expect. Half of the word is attached to the bookend and the other half of the word is reflected in the mirrored finish of the bookend itself. A simple way to add a little flair to an otherwise very boring library shelf.
