Zach Snyder of 300 and Watchmen fame debuted the trailer for his upcoming Sucker Punch at Comic-Con and it has just been released to the general public. The visuals are awesome (as you might expect), but I’m not sure what to make of it just yet. But keep this in mind—it’s been described as “Alice in Wonderland with guns”. Sounds promising to me.
It started out as an April Fool’s joke, but demand quickly spread and Mattel decided to sell the Wonder Woman invisible jet as a Comic-Con exclusive collectible. It’s only an empty box, but this will definitely be a unique item for Hot Wheels enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the only place to get one now that Comic-Con is over is to hit up eBay.

Jon Favreau brought some footage of his upcoming adaptation of Cowboys and Aliens with him to Comic-Con over the weekend and, for the most part, attendees seemed to eat it up. Although, the still image they released might have been a bad choice (depending on how you look at it) as it might conjure up too many associations with another franchise Favreau has worked on in recent years.
At any rate, the footage isn’t being released to the general public just yet, but there is a video after the break with Favreau introducing the cast—including a humorous bit with Harrison Ford in handcuffs and a Q & A session.
In this new Tron Legacy trailer debut from Comic-Con we see Sam Flynn come face to face with his computerifficaly de-aged father Kevin. And, of course, there is plenty of action too.
Check out the full trailer after the break.
Mattel unveiled the Ghostbusters PKE Meter replica at Comic-Con in San Diego, but word is that it won’t be available until the holiday season of 2011 for some reason. When it does finally come out, the $50 meter will also feature lights and moving wings. UPDATED: Additional Ghostbusters Mattel toys pictured after the break.
