cushion

i3 Labs’ designer Lily Suh created this $1,970 Full Moon Odyssey Floor Pillow in collaboration with astrophotographer Chin Wei Loon. The mattress is composed of 26 segments of lunar images taken by Loon in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on January 29th, 2010 using a 6 inch telescope and DMK CCD camera. There is also a companion full-moon shaped cushion entitled “nocturne by moonlight” which glows in the dark and is made up of 65 individual frames of lunar mosaic images taken by astrophotographer Norbert Rumiano from Nantes in west France on February 23rd, 2005.

There are very few comforts in this world that are as nice as a heated seat. Sit this Doggie Cushion onto the seat of your choice, plug him into a USB port and place your butt on his face. It is too bad that your comfort comes at the expense of the poor doggie, but he isn’t man’s best friend because he shies away from any way to make us happy.
