Florida

Just before dawn on Tuesday, beachcombers in Siesta Key, Florida discovered an 8ft tall Legoman lying on the beach. The mysterious figure had the phrase “no real than you are” emblazoned on its chest and the name “Ego Leonard” on its back. A search of the name leads to this website, but why the massive figure was floating in the water remains unknown, and Ego has yet to respond to emails seeking comment.

Strangely enough, this has happened before. In 2007, an almost-identical figure was discovered in the Netherlands, followed by another a year later in England. The police were called to the scene after the discovery, and confiscated the figure. If the owner of the Legoman doesn’t step forward within 30 days, it will be given to the person who made the initial discovery.

Check out some videos of the finds after the break.

What defines the sunshine state more than bright light and gators? I’d say you have a Florida vacation in your living room! An additional design is pictured after the break.
