futurama

There’s been a lot of Futurama cosplay over the years, but here are four props from the show you could (and should) make! Plus, these little projects are super cheap to do and major fun for kids.

These Tineez figures are so cute, you might overlook lil’ Benders excessive drinking, Zoidberg’s disgusting habits, and the fact that Robot Devil is evil incarnate.

Each figure in the set stands around 3 to 4 inches tall and is available for pre-order now with shipment slated for later this month (June 2011).

From Fashionably Geek: This hand-crocheted Bender hat from Etsy seller Cheewawamomma is has got to be the greatest thing you could ever wear on your head—even better than Zoidberg and Cthulhu (which are kind of the same thing really).

That’s why it’s baffling that this hat isn’t up for sale—she could make a killing. On the plus side you could inquire about having one custom made. While your at it, you might want to ask her for one of the Bender toilet paper cozies pictured after the break.

The awesome $5 Hellboy backpack did so well yesterday that we thought it might be a good idea to follow up with the second best deal going on Entertainment Earth’s Pre-Black Friday sale.

This die-cast Futurama Series 1 set features Bender, Fry, Professor Farnsworth and Leela for only $9.90. The sale is good for this week only.

The other day we featured a Homer Simpson iPhone decal but, as it turns out, that same design is now available as part of a 3 vinyl sticker super value pack that also includes Bender and a retro Apple logo.

The stickers are compatible with any iPhone generation.

Two more reasons to head to Comic-Con this year. It’s the only place you will be able to score the Skeleanimal Hellboy and Futurama Nibbler plushes. Both are extremely limited editions at 1000 ($40) and 500 units ($30) respectively.

Hopefully, a full Futurama series in the works with a wider release.
