Drawing inspiration from the recent trend of rifle-mounted chainsaws, Marque Cornblattnd used Smith & Wesson parts and an 18v pole saw to make this OMG-AR15 Unicorn zombie gun which, for some reason, was designed to appeal to little girls. Firebrand Creations fashioned this Gears of War Snub Pistol entirely out of paper and foam. The project, which was called as a labor of love and patience, features integrated LEDs and was painted with a wiped black finish over a silver base coat.

If you missed out on the Steampunk “Big Daddy” NERF gun we featured last week, you’ll be happy to know that the seller is now offering a new weapon called “Big Bertha” which began life as a Ruff Stuff Air Blaster Tommy 20.

The look was provided using an old chair, and the firing mechanism under the riveted exterior can fire up to 20 suction-cup darts in under 40 seconds. There’s only one available, so if you have an extra $380 lying around you may want to head ofver to Etsy before its gone.

Before faustus70 came along, this was simply a NERF N-Strike Barricade gun. But artistically add some planks cut from an antique wooden chair, and wrap it with hand-cut aluminum, and you have the badass weapon seen here.  Big Daddy’s magazine holds 10 NERF whistler darts, which are fired with the assistance of 3 AA batteries. It also has a scope that offers 3x magnification. The best part is that you can actually buy it on Etsy for $300.

On the Firefly set, the actual pistol Nathan Fillion wore while playing Captain Malcolm Reynolds was almost heavy enough to pull his pants down. One way to avoid that awkward (or awesome, depending on your perspective) situation is to make a replica from paper. Matthew Milam did just that. This pistol is sculpted from paper and then painted with faux metal and wood finishes.  The best ammunition for papercraft pistols is spitwads.

It’s pouring outside my window right now. If I had the right weapon to fend of mother nature I might venture out for lunch but, alas, I do not posses the Gunbrella. So I guess it’s PB&J for me this afternoon.

As you can see the Gunbrella is, well…an umbrella shaped like a gun. It also has a pop gun style BANG! graphic printed on the canopy.

On the other hand, for those of you who prefer to look your enemy in the eye there are plenty of sword umbrellas out there. Choose your weapon wisely.

Believe it or not, it is actually a 125 piece puzzle that can be broken down and reformed into a pistol and various pistol-related tools.

The sculpture includes everything required for assembly of the puzzle pistol. Integrated into the sculpture are a customized set of tools, all necessary hardware, 45 caliber bullets, a standard sight, a laser sight, a cannister containing black powder pellets, a secure storage area for 209 shotgun primers, a spent primer removal tool and a ramrod for loading the bullets.

Of course, you have to know exactly how to put the pieces together, which would likely result in your untimely death in the event of a break-in. Check out the completed gun after the break.
