
No matter how many reboots the studios try and churn out, I grew up with Christopher Reeve in the character and he will always be my Superman. That having been said, Hot Toys has worked their magic once again to bring Reeve’s portrayal to life in a ridiculously detailed 1/6th scale figure.

The guys at Hot Toys were busy over the holiday weekend, revealing their upcoming 1/6th scale MMS DX Indiana Jones Figure from Raiders and all new licenses for the 1989 Batman movie, Metal Gear Solid, Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides, Captain America, Sucker Punch and Space Pirate Captain Harlock.
A release date and pricing for the Indy figure has not been released, but you can check out an additional image after the break.

The previous figures in Hot Toys’ Iron Man 2 line were bad ass, so we wouldn’t expect anything less with their upcoming Mark V figure. As you can see from this teaser image, it looks as though they will deliver once again.
So far, there has been no word on pricing or a release date, but they did say that the figure will be available for pre-order at the end of December.

Hot Toys has just teased their upcoming Tron: Legacy Sam Flynn Light Cycle figure via their Facebook page, and it looks pretty incredible to say the least.
No word on a price or release date yet, but they did say it would be arriving “very soon”. Let’s hope that means sometime around the same time as the December 17th launch of the movie.

We know Hot Toys makes awesome figures, and they are busting out some fantastic exclusive products for their 10th anniversary celebration—like these 1/6 scale Batman Demon and Scarecrow figures from Batman Begins.

If you’ve read Nerd Approved, you know what magic Hot Toys is capable of when it comes to making realistic figures. That having been said, their 1/6th scale Assassin’s Creed II Ezio figure is pretty spectacular. No word on pricing or a release date just yet, but you can expect to pay in the neighborhood of $250 when it arrives. UPDATE: Now available for pre-order at $200.

Just in time for the debut of Toy Story 3 comes these adorable cosbaby figures from Hot Toys (well, the pre-order is just in time. Shipment is slated for September). Available in Army Man, Woody, Jesse, Buzz Lightyear, Emperor Zurg, Alien Smiley and Alien “Ooooh” versions. Each figure stands approx. 3-inches tall.
