Our friends at QMx have unveiled a new Warehouse 13 app that allows users to turn their iPhone, iPad or iPod touch into a Farnsworth for sharing video and audio messages. And believe me, QMx knows something about Farnsworths—they actually make the props for the show.

Haven’t had enough Angry Birds yet? I’m sure a backlash is on the horizon, but in the meantime a speaker series is on the way from gear4.
Despite the red bird having a reputation for being useless, the speaker is actually quite functional. Both the red bird and bomber bird versions have the ability to connect to a mobile device with an auxiliary cable. It also comes with a separate iPhone/iPod/iPad dock. The green pig version, on the other hand, has a built-in helmet dock for the iPod/iPhone.
Look for the speakers to be released later this fall for $79.99-$99.99.

If you use the photography app Hipstamatic on your iPhone, this Polaroid skin will really crank up the retro vibe. It also comes in iPod, iPad, EVO and BlackBerry versions.

You make a wall.
At least, this is what the folks over at Welikesmall concluded. The iPod wall was created using 20 iPods over the course of approximately 3 weeks. Utilizing such tools as: a wooden box, programming an iPhone application that runs off the Game Kit framework and hacking a USB hardware fan together, this wall is kept powered by using a Cambrionix B2 USB powered hub.
All in all, it’s an okay office wall decoration (for anyone who has 20 iPods laying around), but we would really like to see a wall full of iPads. I’m sure it’s already in the works somewhere.

Last week a whole mess of Tron Legacy products were unveiled, but there was little mention of this awesome-looking iPod dock from Monster.
Apparently, it’s pretty much like any other iPod dock, only it looks like a Tron identity disk and will be massively overpriced at $250 when it launches. Of course, a little price gouging to be expected when Monster is involved.

The 3rd generation iPod may be obsolete, but its TV-B-Gone doppleganger here represents the latest in assholy prankster technology.
And a pink ball, green ball, red ball, etc.
The point, of course, is to attach the iStand suction cup to the back of your iPhone (works with most phones,MP3 players) so it can stand up on a flat surface. The design also allows you to carry the phone without obscuring the screen with your hand.

Take the “all seeing eye”, an iPod and a taste for unusual home decor, and you’ll have yourself this concept “Horus” coffee table designed by Stephane Thivend. The 132 lb table is made from “colored, ultra-high performance concrete” and includes an iPod/iPhone dock, two integrated amplified speakers and LEDs to provide lighting effects. Check out additional photos of “Horus” after the break.
The team at BoingBoing got an early look at the Marvel Comics app running on the iPad and, in most respects, they enjoyed the experience. At one point the reviewer noted that she “did not miss paper.” Take a look at the video of the app in action after the break and let us know whether or not you are ready to make the jump from paper to digital.
