The Tempest Freerunning Academy in L.A. is a place where freerunning enthusiasts can go to have fun, get fit and meet new people. It also happens to be styled like something straight out of Mario Bros.
If you think about it, Mario was something of a freerunner—a pioneer of the sport really. Unfortunately, nerds will actually have to exercise in order to check it out. It might be easier to just watch the video after the break. If you still get winded, you might want to see a doctor.
Super Mario Bros is a tale of unrequited love, drug addiction and the bond between two brothers. It’s perfect fodder for an indie movie, and this short from Joe Nicolosi shown at SXSW proves it. So, so great.
