Apparently, this absurd-looking contraption is a giant steering wheel with the nose cone of an F1 race car sticking through the center. It also functions as a neon light and a digital alarm clock. If I had to describe it I would say that it looks like a race car melted in a Vegas hotel. Additional images are available after the break.
