Star Wars and Lost don’t have a lot in common, other than maybe mysticism. Despite that, these mash-up posters totally work. Artist JJ Harrison uses the original trilogy poster styles and works in Lost characters and themes. My personal favorite is Dharma Strikes Back, and that probably has nothing to do with the fact that my favorite of the trilogy is Empire Strikes Back.

Artist/Cartoonist Bill Mudron took his inspiration from Celtic illuminated manuscripts in order to create this brilliant Game of Thrones poster. He’s also selling 13×18-inch prints for $20 a pop.

Megan Lara made an impression with her Firefly Les Femmes set last summer. Now she’s showing us that art nouveau can make even Jayne Cobb look soft and sultry. We’re not going to ask Jayne how he feels about that; the answer would probably involve a grenade. Each poster has a few key identification points. Wash gets dinosaurs, and Simon’s poster references the Osiris Medical Academy. I have one word for these posters: Shiny.
You can pre-order your set of five posters for a ship date of November 28.

This poster makes Star Wars sexier. The bold design by Russell Walks showcases Darth Vader, his lightsaber, and the Death Star. It might be the swankiest poster for the movie in existence and would fit in perfectly with your art deco themed decor.

The new poster for the upcoming 3D release of Star Wars: Episode 1—The Phantom Menace has arrived. Not surprisingly, there are several notable character omissions in this version (compared to the original pictured after the break) as Lucas and company choose to focus on the stronger aspects of the film.
Speaking of Darth Maul, keep in mind that his character will be miraculously resurrected from the dead for the Cartoon Network Clone Wars series.
It’s also interesting to point out that the poster mentions that the film will get a simultaneous 2D re-release in select theaters when it arrives on February 10th 2012.
