Only serious Star Trek fans need apply to this challenge. Can you name all 235 pixelated Star Trek characters in this print by John Martz? If you can, there just might be a free print in it for you.
Martz is giving away two copies of the print to fans that can name the most characters and submit their answers via email to john -at- johnmartz -dot- com with the subject “TREXELS” by April 12th. The rest of the prints (a limited edition of 300) will go on sale at the MoCCA Festival in New York City, April 9th and 10th, 2011. Remaining copies will be sold through his website.

Plus, accuracy is insured because the map was painstakingly crafted over the course of a year by graphic designer Geoffrey Mandel in collaboration with Battlestar’s Co-Executive Producer Jane Espenson and NASA scientist Dr. Kevin R. Grazier—who also served as a science adviser on the show.
