Using 22 servo motors and an unbelievable amount of creativity and skill, Kenji Ishida fashioned this R/C Transformer that can covert from a car into a robot and back again in mere seconds. As you’ll see in the video after the break, the car is mobile, and the robot can move its arms, twist, spread its robo-boobs and walk.
Kenji has apparently built several previous versions of the Transformer, and more are expected in the future. We can only hope they will eventually end up on store shelves.

I’m preparing to do a serious landscaping upgrade tomorrow, and I would love to have one of these RC Despe EC280MG Excavators on hand. As you will see in the video after the break (prepare to get disco funky), this 1:14.5 scale version of the actual Italian-made Despe is certainly strong enough to dig a few holes for plants. Although, at $4500 a pop (not including the 8-channel remote), I will be fine with a shovel.

Hasbro recently unveiled their new radio controlled flying Millennium Falcon which is slated for release this fall with a price tag of $49.99. Measuring 11″ x 8″, it will also hold the title of the largest flying R/C Star Wars craft to date, while also offering impressive detail, a charging controller and vehicle battery for up to five minutes of flying time.
No doubt Star Wars nerds will take issue with the fact that this thing is mostly fan, which detracts from the sexy look of the original Falcon. Although the design could prove useful should Han & Chewy ever want to give guided tours of the Florida Everglades.

Apparently building radio-controlled model airplanes isn’t just about having a fun hobby; it’s also about bombing shit. This plug-n-play system includes a 1:6 scale, 103 gram bomb that operates using a servo wire connected to a spare channel on your radio. It also splits in half in order to carry virtually any payload you wish and comes complete with an impact protector and a bomb release pod that ensures a positive release every time. Why do I get the feeling these things will be horribly misused?

This radio-controlled skunk can move backward / forward and it can flick its tail at the push of a button. The only thing that could make it more hilarious is if it had a built-in spray squirting mechanism. Perhaps that feature will show up in the highly anticipated R/C skunk v. 2.0.
