Novelties like pirate toasters and Darth Vader toasters are all the rage, so why not Space Invaders?

Yup, you read that right, the classic Atari game Space Invaders is on the fast track to becoming a major motion picture. According to the LA Times one studio is currently acquiring the rights to the game in an attempt to bring it to the big screen:
These heat changing arcade mugs could be a lot like you in the morning: blank, dull, inanimate objects. However, fill them with coffee and they bring Space Invaders and Pac Man screens to life with ghosts, aliens and lines of Pac Man breakfast dots. What better way to light up your work area than a few neon lights. If they are USB powered and depict a joystick and a video game alien, then these are must-haves for the computer junkie.
